Payment

We accept PayPal payment in all currencies.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.

Shipping

Urbain Tribe Berlin ships worldwide from the Germany using DHL.

Urbain Tribe Berlin is located in Germany. 
- Shipping within Germany normally takes 2-3 working days. 
- Packages shipped to Europe normally take 5-8 working days. 
- Shipping to the USA have been experiencing some delays due to new American customs legislation. Packages normally take around 2 weeks to arrive, however some have been delayed as long as 10 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. 
- Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We welcome custom orders! Please contact us with your ideas and we will be happy to create a special design just for you. 

Custom orders cost between 100€ and 300€ per cloth depending on the complexity of the design. Discounts are available for bulk orders.
